  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

All Athiri Home fixtures are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, orders may not be canceled once production has begun. Returns and exchanges are subject to approval and may not apply to made-to-order or custom products. Please contact us with any questions before placing an order.

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds:
