Shipping Policy
At Athiri Home, each lighting fixture is handcrafted with care, precision, and artistic intention. Because of this made-to-order nature, please anticipate a shipping timeline of 8–10 weeks. In many cases, your order may arrive sooner—but timing will vary depending on the specific design and production timeline of each piece.
We currently ship to:
United States and U.S. territories, U.S. Military Bases (APO/FPO), Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands
Note: We do not ship internationally at this time. Expanding shipping outside of the U.S. is a priority we are working toward, but we will only do so once we can confidently uphold our standards for shipping speed and reliability.
Shipping Times
Each product’s estimated timeline will be displayed on the product page. Due to the custom nature of our pieces:
Standard timeline for all orders: 8–10 weeks
Orders may arrive sooner depending on stock availability and production schedule
Expedited or overnight shipping options do not shorten production time, only transit time once your piece is ready to ship
If your order includes a mix of in-stock and made-to-order pieces, your delivery may be split. You'll be notified accordingly
Return Policy
At Athiri Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
Eligibility for Return:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
How to Return:

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
We will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a full refund or exchange. We will cover return shipping for defective or damaged products.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items, or if you’d like to switch to another product of equal value. Please contact us within 30 days to initiate the exchange.
Warranty
This piece is backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or exposure to excessive moisture or heat.
To maintain the integrity of your light fixture, we recommend following all care instructions provided. Should you experience any issues during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
